    Rush Center is located at 38°27′54″N 99°18′39″W / 38.46500°N 99.31083°W / 38.46500; -99.31083 (38.464881, -99.310903).[9] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.39 square miles (1.01 km2), all of it land.[1]
