    Millers Creek is a census-designated place (CDP) in Wilkes County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,112 at the 2010 census. West Wilkes High School, one of the four public high schools in Wilkes County, is located in Millers Creek.

    As of the census[1] of 2010, there were 2,112 people, 892 households, and 621 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 469.3 people per square mile (182.1/km²). There were 1002 housing units at an average density of 222.7 per square mile (86.4/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 94.3% White, 0.9% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.1% Asian, 3.1% from other races, and 1.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.

    There were 892 households out of which 25.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.0% were married couples living together, 11.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.4% were non-families. 26.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
