Zion – Mount Carmel Highway

The highway consist of the eastern half of Utah State Route 9 and runs from the south entrance of Zion National Park (on the northeastern border of Springdale) easterly (passing through the 1.1-mile [1.8 km] long Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel) to the Mount Carmel Junction with U.S. Route 89 in Mount Carmel Junction.
