    According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.26 square miles (5.85 km2), of which 2.19 square miles (5.67 km2) is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2) is water.[8]

    There were 648 households of which 45.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.9% were married couples living together, 9.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 25.3% were non-families. 21.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
