Sheep Springs (Navajo: Tó Hałtsooí) is a census-designated place (CDP) in San Juan County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 237 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Farmington Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 237 people, 57 households, and 49 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 39.9 people per square mile (15.4/km²). There were 71 housing units at an average density of 11.9 per square mile (4.6/km²).
